I placed an order 3 weeks ago, the web site says orders to go out in 7 business days. The web site does not give a number to call just an email. The web site also doesn't provide on your account notification of shipping or a place to see if your product has been shipped. I have emailed the company asking about my order and if they can not ship out ASAP I'm contacting my credit card company to request a refund. I do not recommend this company.
