Somebody rear-ended me about a 60 days ago, and this place was on the list of the offender's Insurance (AAA). I consulted with Jose at Dealears Service, and he was very helpful. He called me later to advise that he was waiting for a part, and it would be a couple days longer. I appreciate that much more than wondering what is going on. In short, Jose is a Star, and my car is back in my garage within 14 days of drop-off. It could have been faster, but I realize that parts are not necessarily within their control. I gave them Four Stars for excellent service, but it would have been Five if my car was ready when estimated.
