This company is a total rip off!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THEM. I have placed two orders with this company. I have not received my complete order on both orders placed. I have spent 20-40 minutes each time on HOLD with customer service numerous times. NEVER speaking to anyone to resolve the issue. FINALLY when getting thru to a human being one time. I was told it would be shipped out the next week, well it has bee 3 weeks now and still nothing. They are nothing but BULL SHITTERS!!!!! They say they have customer service well seems all they have time for is to take your money and run the other way. Once they have you they take it and run. They dont give a crap at that point. DONT waste your time. HSN and QVC is the way to go.
