In 2023, I began to shop for a reputable company to built an in-ground pool and lanai for our Vero Beach (Florida) home. Four companies popped up and, of those, only one didn't list a few complaints and lawsuits. We weren't looking for drama or headaches and called Crystal.
A sales rep Jimmy came out within days and, after several hours of conversations and measurements, we got a design and quote that we agreed upon. He warned us that, with the economy and supply chain issues, it could take a year to complete.
They broke ground the following week and made good time through the summer and fall. Miraculously, they completed the project six months EARLY and on rare occasions when I expressed a concern, someone called within a few minutes or the next day - and if we needed action on something, they made that a priority. At one point, the owner interceded and gave me his cell number so that he could respond.
The bottom line - we're extremely happy with our new solar heated saltwater pool, lanai, cement deck, new irrigation and landscaping. I don't know how another company would've performed but, when I mention Crystal, our friends and neighbors nod knowingly. For my wife and I, their excellent reputation is well deserved. Kudos to the whole team of professionals at Crystal Pools!
