I consistently & exclusively serviced my BMW with Crevier. When I was in an accident, I declined my insurance company's recommendation to have it fixed elsewhere. I felt paying the extra money was worth having it done @ Crevier. Unfortunately, they took an excessive amount of time to get it fixed, when I got it back the suspension bar fell off while I was driving. I took it back several times after that.It was never the same and Crevier refused to accept responsibility. I filed a complain with the Bureau of Automotive repair-ARD#015535.The agent found them at fault.They refused to comply w/ his recommendations. I was forced to go to small claims court and the judge ruled in my favor. What a stressful and costly disaster!
