Me and my husband spoke with an agent at this company for about an hour. The agent was very well informed and knew what she was talking about. When her manager got on the phone to explain some things further and show us the website, we felt very confident in purchasing the warranty. Six months later our air conditioning system went out. Currently we are in a rental car because while fixing the AC, our dealership found another problem that is being fixed under warranty.
