Shopped around with a couple of companies and I found this one to be the best for the following reasons:
1.) What they explained to me made a lot of sense, that if you sign up customers randomly in warranties you increase the fraud activity to your company. I know of this first hand. I had Platinum Warranty Corporation who is just like Car Chex and Warranty Direct were. Low pressure, low price, emails, pdf files, a bunch of negative information about Continental, but Platinum went out of business on me. When I looked deeper, my dealer likes Premier Dealer Services, the claims administrator for Continental. The insurance company backing them is Great American or AFG if you are looking on NYSE. I know Great American Insurance company is a strong, reputable insurance company and lets be honest thats what I am buying when I buy a warranty, is insurance and peace of mind. These guys aren't the nicest sales people on the world, but I am very impressed with their business sense and the recommendation my dealer gave.
