I used Clean Energy Experts (CEE) to provide solar leads when I was VP of Marketing for a solar installation business in California from 2010-2011. I used a lot of other services, but CEE was clearly the best. Their leads were the best (e.g., high electricity users with a clear interest in solar and located within our service area). They had a transparent return policy when the leads did not meet the criteria that we had agreed upon. When we started with them, there were relatively new to the industry. There were some hiccups (e.g. sometimes leads were very bad), but they were quick to respond when we raised concerns about quality and gave us refunds with no hassle. When I vacated my VP position in Feb. 2011, they had clearly established themselves as the gold standard among solar lead generators.
