Citadel Equipment Finance Corp. flim flammed money from my company. They indicated we were approved for a loan, sent us the loan documents, requested a check from us for 2 months payment on the loan plus processing fee. We executed the agreements, sent them the check (for which they cashed) and subsequently they said we were not approved. There has never been any refund from Citadel. I consider this theft by deception, what do you think? this happened within the last 120 days and we have copies of all of the documentation.
