citadel is a joke I applied for a equipment loan they said we were approved after taking $2500 out of our account they decided that we did not qualify so they said they would issue a refund but they will keep $900.00 plus dollars for doc fees they sent paper work to be signed and never issued a refund still trying to comunnicate with them they wont return calls or emails only anwering service anwers the phone there down right thiefs I would not reccommend them to any one.Hope they get sued and we get our money back they need shut down.
