I just started with this company and would to have shake my head at the management out in the Palm Springs area have not had a chance too meet the people at the main office but I hope that its nothing like what I have encountered thus far... first management has to be cohesive in order to put in place rules for employees to follow no one agrees on anything everyone in charge is pretty much going along as they please creating and changing rules as they see. Manegement isn't professional to say the least but expect the guards to remain professional between cussing. Up a storm before shifts in front of guards and letting their titles be where the egos steem from its hard to wonder if I can fit in here.. and after reading some of the comments about the place I'm praying that is not the owners fault and he is completly un aware of how badly unorganized things are being run at the Palm Springs Convention Center....
