We were very pleased with Charlie's quick phone response and timely arrival. The plumbers arrived and were very courteous and informative. I explained that we had alreday had the drain cleaned without success by others. Charlies used their heavy duty drain-router and within minutes the drain was opened. other plumbers had quoted us $1000's to fix the problem. we are in an older neighborhood with lots of big trees and roots are the problem. they recommended a yearly or twice-yearly maintenance cleaning. The price was very resonable and we are very pleased and will use this service again when needed.
