Email problems

They put my order on hold because my shipping address is different then billing tell me to respond to the email telling them they can ship to billing address I do so they sent me another email telling me my orders on hold again second notice so I called them they tell me email is computer-generated so don’t say respond to it if no one checks it so u best call them if u have This problem so u can buy from this site as a gift to mall to someone else

This is correct. Due to the nature of our business, and for our customer's protection, we require the orders to be shipped to the billing address on file with the credit card company. We apologize if this has caused an inconvenience. In some cases, we are able to make exceptions to this rule with some additional documentation. Please give us a call and we will gladly assist!
