My wife tells me there's a woman at the front door asking for me. I answered the door with my 2 year old son at my side; that woman was CENTURY 21 agent Debbie Bowsky from the Albert Foulad office in Encino. She proceeds to tell me she works with Century 21 realty specializing in helping people who are having financial difficulties etc. She hands me her card I say thank you, start to close the door and she looks down on her clipboard and sheet of paper and says i see you have a notice of default on your home are you getting any help with that?...
My reaction was not a good one, I was respectful but outraged. A flyer or mailer is cheesy but expected...but a front door ambush On a Family is outrageous, tasteless, and completely unacceptable...all in favor of their company's pursuit of a profit off of a family's hardships.
Unbelievable!!!!!!!
I advise staying away from this office, its staff and anything they're trying to sell or give away. This review system required I give at least 1 star...they don't even deserve the star rating scale itself.
