We bought a new home in a beautiful golf course community. We decided that we wanted a pool with a waterfall and grotto. Our first contractor was unlicensed, but he was very inexpensive and he had completed 2 pools in the development. We thought we could trust him, but he ended up disappearing after about 1 month, and we were out thousands of dollars. Our second contractor was licensed and bonded. They promised to finish the job in 3 weeks. 9 months later, our pool still was not filled, and the work was poorly done. We could not even go in our backyard because it was so dangerous.
Finally, we decided to look for another contractor, but many were hesistant to take on the project. Aaron and Horacio were up to the challenge. In just under a month, they had completely redone everything. We were able to have my daughter's 3 year-old birthday pool party. Everyone commented that our pool was the "Most awesome!", and "Most beautiful!", they had ever seen.
We highly recommend Cascade Custom Pools to everyone. I know you will be 100% satisfied. Their work is superior!
