All around terrible experience!!

*****WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH*****
- General Manager cannot assist with tracking orders. We've escalated this to Stephanie, General Manager, who promises phone calls with updates - you'll never hear back from Stephanie. She's either out to lunch or has gone home for the day.
- We spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on furniture, waited our 8-10 weeks estimated (now approaching 12) if you're able to get someone on the line, they'll tell a story - one that's not accurate. Based on the information provided by different representatives - our furniture has been shipped, we're missing a chair or maybe we're missing a table? Who knows! They surely don't!
- If you continue to call and request updates, you'll be hung up on. If you continue to call back, you'll be lucky if you can get a voicemail. They'll just continue to flip you back to hold. I believe Cindy is the representative known for hanging up on individuals - she definitely should not be employed to provide ANY level of customer service.
- Have you taken a look at the reviews? Even the employees dislike the work environment - one even mentions that they weren't paid by the company for hours worked/commission. Hard to believe - they had no problem cashing my payment upon purchase - they should treat their employees fairly. They're milking customers and never shipping merchandise - read the reviews listed below - I'm not alone!
I'm not quite sure where else to go. I've spent over $5,000 on furniture from Carolina Furniture Concepts and at this point, feel that this company is fraudulent and I'll never receive the items that I've paid for.
