Made Defective Purchase Replacement Extremely Difficult and Long

My Experience with Carolina Furniture Concepts was the worst I have ever had. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and have original funds revoked before Carolina Furniture Concepts would replace a defective chair. The representative from
Lane Distributors said they had never had another company selling their Products treat a customer the way I was treated. I was told by 2 Lane representatives there should be no problem and replacement should have been done right away. I will never buy from
them again.
