Pleasant Experience

I visited Carolina Furniture Concepts about two weeks ago. My over all experience was very pleasant and satisfactory. The store was very clean and smells good. My sale person was very courteous and helpful. She was unlike furniture sale person. She gave me enough distance to look around the store but she was there to help me when I needed. I was impressed with the quality of furniture. She was very knowledgeable about the product. One of the best thing I like about them is they had everything I order was available in stock for immediate delivery of pick up. I bought my furniture on Wednesday morning and everything was delivered on Thursday. The delivery crews were very professional and courteous. I ask them to move my old furniture to the different area. They moved with smile. I would like to make one suggestion regarding the sign when coming from Sylva to Waynesville. It tooks me about Fifteen minutes to reach to the store from exit while it is less then five minutes. But my over all experience was very pleasant and I will recommend to my friends and family.
