I just got an "official" looking letter from them to regarding my newly formed LLC. I don't know what it was but something just looked so suspect about this that I did an internet search and turned up this forum. Thank heavens I did.
For anyone else out there being scammed by a-holes they are operating out of a new PO BOX address. It's California Business Collector, PO Box 38700 Los Angeles, CA 90038
What I want to know is why hasn't more been done by the state to shut these criminals down???
Oh and in case anyone was wondering who was purporting this scam, it's a dude named Artyom Hovakimyan. This is who California Business Collector was registered to under the Better Business Bureau.
I say contact him directly if you want your money back for this. What a scumbag.
