Misleading advertisement. Indicates 45-day trial. On the packing slip, however, it states a 10-day trial. I was out of town and responded in 11 days (it was christmas). "Andre" (who refused to give further employee ID) was rude from the start on the phone, saying, in essence, "that's your fault." Andre refused to transfer me to his supervisor. Andre stated "The owners pay me so they don't have to deal with the phones." He accused me of calling only after the charge hit my credit card (which I didn't even know, but he did). Rude. Felt like a disreputable business.

We truly apologize that you did not have a good customer service experience. It is not our aim to have dissatisfied customers. We do not however offer or advertise a 45-day trial. If you claim your packing slip that came with the box told you that you had a ten day trial you should have believed it. We apologize about how you feel, but you were never deceived or treated unfairly in any way.
