I found the management to be crabby. Estabenez is a vicious little women. She never replaced my mirrow and then wanted to remind me that she had no intention of replacing it. The apartments prior to the renovation was not a ggod deal for the money, but because of the contract people did not want to relocate and paid the rate. Unfortunately, there were serval situations with the ppolice department. Almost every time I turn around the police were on the property for this or that. I did not feel safe in the place and a public record of the police activity should be posted for the overpriced palace right in the middle of drug activities. Location Location Location. Students deal because of their Universities but they should be aware of the dangers of this property especially how & who is managing it. They only care about their bottom line not your safety.
