I contacted this company regarding a house I saw for rent. The realtor I was dealing with Zeynep A. Girisgen who accepted my deposit and signed an agreement the same day. Zeynep Girisgen called me a day later only to find out that the people who came AFTER US who happened to be of the same ethnic group as realtor and owner were getting the house... Since neither perspective client had a credit check and that we both agreed to the same contract and principal one can only surmise that this was based on ethniticity...After speaking with the owner John Detweiler he agreed this was handled improperly and we no longer had faith in this company since they were also the management company for this property...
I would NOT do business with a company that discriminates!
I will also inform Housing Authority as well as Consumer Affairs!
