Don' rent a car from ACE RENTAL!
The deposit fee is too much.
After I returned the car, they recharged the deposit fee, and I was told there was a system error. They want me to send my bank statement to investigate the issue!! It takes 8-10 business days, but still the deposit has not been refunded.
I call the customer service, but most of the time, line is busy.
This company is doing a fraudulent business practice.
