We receive mail and flyers from Bestline Plumbing all the time, so when we needed their service this is what we got. I called them on Wednesday but they couldn't get to the house until 2:00pm. I asked if they would come the next day and was told they would be there between 9:00am and 10:00am.. At 10:30 I called to find out where the plumber was or why he hadn't called. I was told they would call me back in 10 minutes. After another 45 minutes I called them back. The person answering the phone said he didn't call the plumber but would give me the number and I could call him. I told him to cancel because they were inefficient. He told me he didn't need me as a customer and I could F--- myself. I told him thank you very much, but he could keep his business (NOT THAT THEY HAVE MUCH BUSINESS) He called back and tred to appologize but I hung up the phone. I'm a senior citizen and don't need to be treated this way. Only 1 star because it won't take zero.
