I wish I would have read the reviews before I called Bestline Plumbing. My experience with this company is almost identical to the other reviewers. I called to schedule an appointment. I was offered Friday which was no good, I was then offered Saturday and told there would be not an extra change. An appointment time was given between 9am-12pm. Around 12:15pm I called the office because no plumber had shown up.
Well, Bestline Plumbing must be doing hand over fist business with people who do not care about customer service because the person who answered the phone was doggone rude. For no reason. I was told to give the plumber another 45 mins. When I told him that I could not, I was told "Oh well, he's on another job" and he has to finish it" With that said the person hung up. There was no apology for the inconvience, nothing. No offer to reschedule. Nothing. They don't even rate one star!
