I called this company back on May 1st, 2007 for information on working at home making beaded bookmarks. They sent some information out to me in the mail the same day. I received the information and it sounded good, so on May 3rd I sent them a money order for $37.05 for the materials. I called back about a week later to see when my package would go out and I was told it takes about 3 weeks. I asked if they received my money order and they said they could not tell me at this time. I waited the 3 weeks and at the beginning of June I called back and was told that the process takes about 4-6 week and I would received the package in 6-8 weeks. I asked why I was told 3 weeks before and was told that I miss understood what I was told. OK that is a possibility. I called back around the end of July and was told that my package had been sent out on May 10th. I had been having some issues receiving my mail around the because I had just moved in and explained that to them. I was then told that they would send out another package and I should received it in about a week. The next week came around and I had not received the package, I waited a few more days, leaving some time for and USPS problems and called back when I still did not have the package. I was then told that they never said I would receive it in a week. I asked when they would send it out and they said hopefully next week there were orders in front of mine and they only send out so many each week. Personally I feel mine should have been sent out before any orders that came after mine. I gave them a few more week. I have called almost every day for the past 4 weeks and never get a real person, always VM. I would leave times I would not be available and that is the only time I received a call back. Go figure. Then I called and left my cell number, its always on me, and finally I got a call back and was told that she was on a business trip and did not have that info on her. She said she would be back at the end of the week, this was Wed. I waited till Mon. and called back I have not spoken to anyone there in almost three week and still do not have my package. This week I have called 2-3 times each day leaving a message saying that I am worried because I have not heard back from them. Today I left a message saying I want my money back or I will have to get it back legally. Well I will update with any changes that may come.
All I know is this company is a scam or they just don't care.
As far as what they can do to better there company it is simple return calls and send the packages. I only live about 1 1/2 hours away, the package would get to me in two to three days.
