I normally would not want to write anything about a company, however, this was so bad on this companies part, I need to express myself. I run a local management business in the Palmdale, Lancaster area and need plumbing contractors from time to time. I called in an order to snake some lines to Mr. Scott Beckett himself at 8:15 am in the morning and set it up to meet my residents of rental property at noon. 3:30 rolls around and I had to call to get an ETA. Mr. Beckett called me back and seemed lost about the call at all in the am. When I reminded him, he said we called the wrong number therefore we did not go. He continued on to say that he could not make it. When I questioned his integrity and not making up for his mistake, he told me to call another company and actually said he messed up, I dont know what you want me to tell you. My residents have been sitting at home off work since 12noon. No remorse, nothing, just an OH well. Doesnt sound too professional does it. I would not call Beckett Plumbing quite honestly. Then as a last resort, he tells me he is a leak detection expert and new construction. Well why would you take my order and make a committment in the first place?
