Purchased a plane for my son's birthday and he opened it then found a broken plane.The prop mount was broken and the shaft on the motor was bent.No damage to box.Called costumer support and was told to send pics as if they didn't believe me.The guy on the phone was actually laughing.I sent the pics three times cause each time i checked they didn't have them.Finally they got them and figured out the plane was broken.They are very sharp!They offered to send a new "mount" for the prop I guess.I explained for the fourth time talking to them that the shaft on the motor was bent.Finally they agreed to send me a new plain.After they get it back it will take 15 day for processing then they will ship my sons birthday present.They don't care it wasn't their 7 yo son crying.Terrible service.Do not buy from these guy's.
