Service is horrible. = Horrible customer service, I called to set an appointment. The first time they put me on hold for 5 mins. The second time they hung up the phone on me. So I decided to call the general manage and I explained what had happen and he said "sorry we are busy you should keep on calling till you get helped"
sales department extremely rude specialty Nada, and also the other ones two, unless your getting ripped off on the deal.
I went to West Century BMW excellent service I bought a 2001 740IL and lease 2 528i one in black and one in white awesome experience. And for service I go to the Santa Monica BMW which has the best customer service when it come to servicing the car.
