This review was posted on YELP and I feel it should be posted every where !!! Hello everyone. It appears that Yelp is removing my complaints from their web site!!! Because they say my Check # 1119 made out to BHI is not first hand enough to be posted.... (7821529 is Yelps email response number.) This company intentionally damaged my property while they were repairing my A/C unit. In which they didn't give me an estimate before the repair and then tried to charge me $280.00 for a $15.00 part which I rejected to pay that gouging amount. I would not trust this company to walk on my property. This review was originally posted under my old email address which magically was remoooved from Yelp. How does that happen YELP... your web site states no one can be PAID to remove reviews...hmmm
