Terrible Service!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They wait until 2 days before Xmas eve to inform me that they need to verify my information, even though it is all on file with my credit card company. They called me several times, and whenever I answered I was immediately hung up on. I tried to call them, but waited on the phone several minutes before I was dumped into their voicemail. All the while a customer service rep from them kept emailing me telling me to call in, and that he is personally answering the phones. The rep (robert) is now going to cancel my xmas order even though my shipping address is on file with my cc company, and even though i verified the address in an email. It is amazing that this type of service is tolerated by their CEO Howard Tong, who was the co-founder of Newegg. I wish they would have done this the day I ordered, at least then I could have ordered elsewhere and had a gift to put under the xmas tree! I will never be doing business with Autoshepherd, and instead give my business to Advanceauto which has much better service!
