Ordered an AC Compressor on 5/21 ($200), called back after 10 days and was told it shipped, after two more weeks it arrived ... It had not been shipped when I had been told. Opened the box and it was the WRONG compressor, closed the box back up. Called to get a return authorization number ... I was told it was an ELECTRONIC part so all sales were final ... Many calls later I got the return authorization ... Shipped immediately on 7/6/2009, proof of delivery on 7/10/2009 ... Multiple calls to get the refund. Now on 8/5/2009 I am told "the check will be in the mail" ... Each call involves a 30 minute hold time and I am STILL out $200 after three months with NOTHING to show.
