You all sound like you had the same experience as my but I think mine was way worse. I was paying on my policy and even paid it off about 5 months early. Well my car got totalled and I bought a brand new car. Being that my car was brand new I didn't need the extended warranty coverage. So Last Year on 2/4/2009 I sent my cancellation letter. I received correspondence from them in the mail on 2/10/2009 saying it take about 45 days to process my refund. Well after months of speaking and leaving messages with George and even after he was mysteriously "no longer with the company" in about october still no refund. The new refunds manager AL i only spoke to him once and he promised my refeund by Novemeber. So I got fed up and did the BBB and now they said I would get my refund of $1410. on or before Feb 10, exaclty one year from received a letter from them last year saying it will take 45 days. Is something wrong with that picture. Well they have 5 days for me to receieve my check. I pray that they send me my money...Ive been OVERLY patient.
