9.1.09, After buying the policy over the phone on 5.1.09, and paying 200 $ by debit card, i later realized that I did not want the extended warrenty. I called to cancel three weeks later. At that point my policy had not taken affect yet, they told me 30 days after I signed up for it will it be affective. So called to cancel, they requested that in writing, so i faxed and mailed my cancelation and to get my money refunded. I still have not received my 200$. After many massages left with George in the refunds department, i still have not got a call back from anyone. Getting throught to customer service is also awefull. I was acutally yelled at by a man in customer service, who wouldnt let me talk with george, whom i depanded to speak with. Its been three months, come on, what the heck is going on. Thank God i canceled my policy i cant imagine filling a claim with them, i wouldnt get anything done. This company sucks, thats All i can say. I will never buy over the phone policy ever again,, I have nothing good to say about this company and i hope it will be shut down soon.
