I bought 4 toyo versado lx tires from the website in March, 2010. The price was the best I saw from all comparisons. I used a credit card to buy them. I recieved all 4 tires- the exact ones that I orded within 7 days by Fed Ex. I was very happy. After buying the tires, I happened to see all the negative reviews for this company and was worried that I wouldn't recieve my product, but I was pleasently surprised. I think the key is to pay with credit card and not other forms of payment. You can always cancel the credit card payment if you don't recieve what you ordered. It appears this company has an F rating from the BBB because of poor customer service- not answering phone calls about wrong orders, etc. My service, was however excellent- although I did not have to contact the company about anything.
