I was pleasantly surprised by this company. I was worried that I was being ripped off when I tried to email the company and it could not be delivered. When I called I was on hold for a long-long time. I never recieved a tracking notice from Fed-Ex. It was after all of this that I finally checked them out on BBB online and saw that they have an F rating, mostly because of non-seponsiveness. I finally was able to get ahold of a representative and they admitted problems with their website interface and FedEx. He gave me the tracking numbers and my tires arrived that same day. The tires were in good shape and were the exact ones I purchased. With their low prices I may consider using them again if they fix their website and poor customer service.
