This company is dishonest and unwilling to own up to their errors. They "supposedly" detected a leak in our house when in reality there was no leak. Based on their "detection", our hired plumbers broke through our marble flooring and foundation only to find that the ground and surrounding area was 100% dry. No leak!!! The water was turned back on and everything remained dry for the following 4-5 days.
After calling American Leak Detection back out in an attempt to professionally resolve their error, and our expense, they physically prodded at the exposed pipes and applied pressure for 30 minutes until they created a leak! Now they are refusing to admit their wrong doing.
