In November of 2008 I purchased product from Alpha Industries (maker of Alpha Lock security product). I informed the company president (Alex Lukich) that I needed the product (24 units) shipped immediately as I had a customer who needed them. He assured me that I would see my product in 2-3 weeks. My credit card was charged ($1920) the following day. I did not receive my product for two months! By that time my customer was upset with me. I tried NUMEROUS times to reach Alex Lukich but never got a response. After speaking to a few dealers in my area it became clear to me that this is normal business practice. I would discourage anyone from buying from this company. I am STILL in the process of trying to get my credit card credited back to the full ammount as I have returned the product because I no longer need it. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM ALPHA LOCK!!!
