Hi My name is Nyeshe Scott, I would live my address or phone number but I'm not sure if you are who think you are. I Had some service at my home in August 08'. I had a Faust and garage disposal replace. I also had little leaks fixed also. I needed all that work done cause those leaks and water cost me a lot of money. I has mold issues. I went ahead and had your tech fix all e water issues and paid a company that your tech referred to me for my mold issues. when the Faust replaced before the mold company came. I saw there was still water under my sink. I called and your general manager called. He suggested I get a "pull down" instead of a "pull out" Faust. He replaced the Faust and was very nice about it. I then hire the "mold company" and they also fixed that issue. PROBLEM SOLVED! That's what I thought!! PROBLEM NOT SOLVED!! A couple of months I was water under my sink AGAIN! I called and made an appt for someone to look at it. I saw the "pull down" part of the Faust hanging. I tighten it and told my son not to use it cause I thought that was the problem. I thought water was spilling down the Faust. Today I looked down there and saw more water. I called the company and they sent a tech down to to home. I wasn't in a the happiest of moods. I had just spent over $5000 for my mold and water issues already!! The tech said he was not able to fix and he would need to talk to the office. I called the office after being told they he could not fix it. I was very upset, not at the lady on the phone or the tech at my home. I was scared that I would be out of thousands more. Anthony called back and truly hurt my feelings from the start. I got scowled on as if I was a 12 years old and he was my father!! I was so nerves. I'm not use to being talked to like that. I was shaking and started to cry. He responded and said I have emotional issues and he hung up in my face. I could believe it. Before he hung up he said he would fix the leaks but I had to sign off the additional mold issue. He was so rude the second time around. I understand that he needs to protect his employees against rude customers, but to in return be rude back is not the answer, although I wasn't rude and mean, I was just upset that I had the same expensive issue I had months ago. I felt bad that the lady over the phone felt I was mean to her. I called and said sorry if I came across mean and she took it personal. I really meant it too. I'm not that type and felt bad if she felt that way. She didn't do anything to me, she only did her job. I took your general mangers offer and excepted the repairs with the sign off. I felt my back was up against the wall and I had no choice cause I have no money. Please ask Jesus the man that was in my home what I was like on the phone and with him. I am a decent person in the community and I do disrespect anyone and I should be disrespected either. Name calling is totally unacceptable also. If you are who I think you are could you please reply to this email. When I asked Anthony who you were, he said no one. I got your info on the Internet. I don't expect anything at all. I'm just really hurt and violated that a man who call me those names in that tone of voice. I do want to say again, I had dealings with Anthony before and had no issues, but the second time around was totally different. Not sure why? Thank you for your time. nyeshe
