feb 1, 2011 i had my 2005 dodge ram 4x4 towed from walnut,CA. they took 3 wks to rebuild the tranny. oct, 2011 it started to do the same thing. they kept it for 8 days. did 30min labour repair (@$300) i drove it out of the lot, they NEVER fixed the problem.i called back same day was on my way back to indio. told the mgr that i would take it to a dodge dealership for them to do a diagnostic. he said pls dont we will take out the tranny and see what the problem is. but we need 4 days. i told them that i could come back in a few weeks when i am back in town and that i wouldnt drive my truck to much. they have had it for 7 days. the mgr says doesnt know when it will be done. wont let me talk to the owner,or mechanic to see what is goin on. i have to leave back up to canada they have delayed me by 2 weeks. each time i have rented a car at my own expense. i think i am being taken advantage of because i am a female and not hispanic. i just want my truck fixed properly and i will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.
