Al & Eds has been around for a long time and I have done business with them for many years. The few stores I have done business with have been for knowledgeable and fair.
Even when I have had an issue with product they have been more than fair. When they can exchange the unit thy have and if not they sent it in for service. The stores have also given me a discount off of other product instead of sending it in to service.
This company is number 1 in my eyes and I will always go to them for ANY car audio needs.
