These people will try to steal your money. They told me I forfeit my deposit because I did not call them immediately when I damaged their ATV. I was in Dumont Dunes when I damaged the rental. There is no cell service in Dumont. They claim since I did not call them they get to keep my $1000 deposit. I fully expected to pay for the damages. I told them to take the repairs out of the deposit. They told me I forfeit the deposit and will have to pay additional money to repair the vehicle. WHAT!?!?!? It was cosmetic damages on the plastic and wheel hub so it does not impact their ability to use or rent the vehicle. I did not expect them stealing $1000 from me because I failed to make a phone call when it happened. These people are THIEVES!!! STAY AWAY!!!
