They steal from their own customers. Not just items but whole accounts.
their game 2moons is being taken over by the games real creators gamehi whilst this is moving forward more and more accounts get hacked everything you have is stolen. They even have the audacity to blame you for it. But when 600+ people are hacked it cant be all their fault can it. This company is one of the worst company's I have ever had dealings with, their support is a joke.
THEN when you have everything taken from you that you've maybe worked years for. They ask you to give them a hundred dollars to get it all back again. This is extortion no? All i can say is well played acclaim. you get us to buy coins to make items then you steal the items and sell them (+1 for you there) and THEN we buy more coins to replace the items you've stolen because you wont replace them.
This is not just general guess work either I spoke to an ex employee of acclaim who confirmed these accusations as fact.
