this company does a very poor job of honoring it's warranty - they give you the run around for weeks(3-4) on end - i have had the tub for 1 year it has worked for 7 months only - it came with parts missing and others not working -it took 3 months to resolve - 2 months later it stoped working and it took 2 months to resolve 4 months later same issues and it has been 1 month with no action - 2 local service reps refused to work with them any more ,i had to do things myself
