My wife and I chose this company to transport my car from KS to MD because they gave us the lowest quote. We changed the status of my car from operational to non-operational due to extenuating circumstances with an additional fee (which we had no problem with). We were promised that the car would be picked up on a Wednesday or Thursday at latest because of the change. We called this company back everyday for a week to check up on our order AFTER we moved to MD and almost every time the person that claimed to be the manager claimed another day or two later and stated that the carriers were continuously cancelling on him. After over a week, we had to cancel because our friends in KS had to leave town for a month. Worst customer service I ever had the misfortune of dealing with ever. I am just hoping that we get our refund in a timely manner.
