Dont do business- They make money on theft of deposits...
|
I've left AAA multiple messages after they authorized my credit card for $349 without a binding contract. That's right- nothing signed! They quoted me $1000 and then placed me on central dispatch for $1450. Yes I found this out after I further researched their stellar business practices on multiple sites and the BBB. They quoted me $1000 on 1/30 and by 2/4 no one contacted me of picked up my car so on 2/4 I canceled with them. Yes- Saturday morning around 9:30am with Lisa Cooper. She yelled and hung up the phone with me and I tried to call them every day since 2/4 and left multiple messages. A second carrier looked up on central dispatch and they said they put me in at $1450 instead of the agreed upon $1000 quote. I canceled on 2/4 and they still have not refunded the unlawful authorization and taken me off dispatch so other carriers can provide the svc. for me. It is against the law to do this, keep me on dispatch after I canceled with them, authorize my cc w/out a contract and I have saved my phone records to now report to BBB. I am compiling all of the reviews on 7 different sites for a court case. Cant wait...
