The most valuable service was Frank W's responsiveness. He was always prompt in returning phone calls and emails. I felt that he was always there when I needed to talk to him. Frank helped me to move forward in interviews. He advised me to develop a script, and he would review and comment on it. It really helped me in pinpointing my strengths that were relevant to the position I interviewed for. Although I realized the importance of networking. I learned I had to develop a more rigid way of expanding my network, leading to an opportunity that turned into a job offer.I'm pleased with the outcome and I also consider Frank to be a lifelong friend.
