Harassment 101

A-1 has made a series of increasingly threatening phone calls to my company, culminating in one morning's tally of nearly 40 calls from a small group of people apparently intent on shutting down our call system. Their strident demands and refusal to discuss issues rationally has forced us to block further interaction with them.
I have noted their fine rating with the LABBB and good standing with the Contractors State Licensing Board. However, I have also noted through the CSLB that they have a new CEO/President and this may perhaps explain their new and highly aggressive posture. Regardless, I cannot condone their high pressure tactics and would not choose to purchase their services.
