Horrible online/phone experience! I placed an order for a lift kit online. 11 days later the online status still said the order wasn't processed. Several calls later, leaving many unreturned messages, I finally demanded to speak with a supervisor about it and found they were just waiting to clarify some information but never attempted to contact us. Resolved that issue only to find a few days later the order still not processed. Several more calls later and a major run around I found that part of the order was on back order and yet again no one contacted us. Cancelled the order and took my business to Summit racing who processed the order immediately and shipped the next day. I'm not sure why, but I decided to try placing another online order with 4 wheel parts and the SAME THING HAPPENED!!!! When I finally was able to talk to the head of internet sales he made excuses and was indifferent to my questions to why no one ever called me back and why no one would ever notified us there was a problem with the order. I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO 4 WHEEL PARTS AGAIN!!!!
